No Refunds on Digital Services
Clearcase provides business-to-business legal technology platforms, including (Online Dispute Resolution) and (case management software) as digital services accessed via pilot agreements, subscriptions, or professional engagements. All fees paid for platform access, demos, consultations, or related services are non-refundable, as these are intangible, immediately available digital offerings with no physical return mechanism.
Evaluation Before Commitment
We strongly encourage prospective clients to request a live demo, sandbox trial, or pilot program before entering into any paid engagement. These no-obligation evaluations allow you to fully assess platform functionality, compliance alignment, and operational fit, ensuring confidence in your decision before any financial commitment is made.
Statutory Rights Preserved
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer or commercial law. In the rare event a service is materially undelivered or fails to meet agreed specifications, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. However, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, internal operational shifts, or post-access buyer’s remorse.
